it's a vary good and all the service are available, which they mentioned . but, they told that no sea facing rooms are available by booking

Only the location is good. No wifi service in the room, got a different room, than the one was booked. Basin was having issues. Complicated water supply. Not customer friendly. Rooms are spacious, great location, next to a good bengali restaurant.

the hotel new-horizon is a horrible hotel with a good view. no kitchen service. no room cleaning services. garbage piles up in the corridors. only thing it has to offer is a sea view along with horrible traffic noises.

Washroom not good and service was ok inter con not working

Not a good hotel considering the price. I stayed for a night. I selected this hotel as i was looking for a hotel near the beach and a secured parking. While the location is really good, the failed to provide safe parking as promised. Other than that the room was ok in terms of size but there was absolutely no view. The bathroom was really really small. And the hotel doesn’t have any restaurants. You can order food from the next restaurant and they will serve food in plastic containers without any plates. Considering the 4k charge night i don’t think i shall select this hotel again

Location good, internal common place (staircase) not clean & bad smell, otherwise good. Room kits most ordinary. Front sea facing balcony status of each room should be clearly described during booking.

Room service was excellent. Staff was well behaved.

Interior is good but the room was not clean, dustbin was full and they did not cleared it even after complaints bedroom had littered grapes around even toilet was not clean it had sand all over it. Dirty bedsheets. Would not recommend anyone to stay there

Room was good. Book hotel through calling them, don't go for booking hotel from any app, will be charged 1000 buks more per day.

I loved the room the washroom and the hygiene maintained. Loved it.
