Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life, disallowed a guest in spite of all regulation completion

Positives: Hotel is hygienic and at good location. Negatives: Rooms are too dark no natural light. There is no intercom facility for room service I had to call direct to hotel via mobile phone. At mid night security guard slept and I have to come over the main door till reception and make security guard wake up.

There is not tooth kit or shaving kit are provided, they charge it differently. Electricity goes frequently. However experience was average.

Full of cockroaches in the room, bed, towel. They have sprayed but of no use. Terrible stay. Somehow passed the night.

Reception people are horrible, fraud just try to make money, not helping at all. They are lair for money they can anything

We stayed at jrj hotel for single night. Took dinner of our choice. All was good.

I stayed 2 days here hotel is good. I faced one problem after first day hotel staff came in room at 12 pm when we were absent in hotel. He opened my room with master key and what he done i don't know. So how a staff can come in my room in absence of me

Rooms were good. No food and room service along-with closed restaurant d/t diwali. They should not take any booking on diwali if there is no service or should mention during booking as faced huge difficulties gore arranging food and other required.

good hotel, staff is cooperative, near to railway and bus stations, food also available and food quality is good and price is reasonable.. okay 👍

Room was very neat and clean with all basic amenities. It has central heating and cooling facilities so perfect for winters too. They serve really delicious food at very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
