Toilet seat & the room was not properly cleaned.

all of things was top notch. the only thing I was expecting was that if they could play a song ,when guests are enjoying the pool. if someone is looking for a room in this hotel, they definitely want to enjoy the pool ,and without song ,it's looking like something is missing.

We stayed for two nights at Hotel India in Digha.The service there was very good. Their facilities were very good.

No ventilation in the toilet, exaust fan fitted but no outlet. Room curtains are pretty dirty, seems not washed since a long time.

Hotel ambeince, look degine is good but hotel manager behaviour not pretty good & not friendly nether there staff behaviour so good & so friendly also hotel room is good

Hotel is good. Need more maintenance & cleanlyness. Reastaurent food taste was not good, need improvement. I got food court staff behavior is very good. Hotel rules may be more customer friendly. They did not allowed to access swimming pool on check out day.

Not recommended for families. Too noisy. The pool adds to the chaos. Good for bachelor's. Room service is ok.

I found the hotel on make my trip, it was a nice experience. Had a great time there. But there was some guys who aren’t disturbed me while having alcohol. I request you please banned alcohol and cigarettes. So families don’t hesitate to book your hotel again. By the way nice management.

The ambience of the hotel is very nice. The behavior of the staff and also secretary guards is very polite and courteous. Room service, food, housekeeping everything is good. Well maintained swimming pool, which is located inside the hotel and is covered with roof. 5-7 minutes walk to new digha sea beach and dheu sagar park. The hotel is next to the main road.

I stayed at hotel india for 2 days and faced water problem in my bathroom. I complained about this to the hotel reception but their behaviour was not friendly. But the behaviour of the staff there was very good. Swimming pool is very good. And i really liked the food at hotel india's restaurant.

Location good but i hv booked from make my trip. May be this is reason they give worst room to us. Room no 104. No room service. No wifi. Mosquitoes. Bad smell. . Very uncomfortable stay. Intercom facility was not there. Food taste bad.

The food is very good. The hotel room is also very good. the staff behaviour was nice.

1. Rooms are dirty. 2. Cockroach found every corner. 3. Door lock was broken 4. Privacy point of view rooms are not safe. 5. 5th floor toilet water pressure is too low 6. Heath faucet was not working 7. Sower head was not working. 8. Bed cover was dirty. 9. After repeated compain no one came to resolve these issues. Overall stay was horrible.

The experience of this hotel is very good, all staff are very dedicated but the exact location of the hotel is not appropriate also contact number is not updated so please improve the above 2 points thanks you

Staying is very good, behaviour of the staff is excellent 👍.I enjoyed it very much.But the thing that I don't like is the balcony.

This hotel is very clean and well decorated with interior designing. Everything is well serviced with good behaviour of workers there. Food hygiene maintenance is good too...Thanks to all😍🥰👍😊
