The food was bad the room was very unclean the bathroom was terrible and there were no tv or ac remotes in room

Room and other service issues. TV was not working. kitchen was not operating and cleanliness issue with the hotel.

The location is not good, roads are full of mud. Packed water bottle is unavailable. Bedsheet and room are very dirty. Bathroom not cleaned. TV not working. Staff not helpful

It was very bad experience with the hotel Hotel is in very bad condition Rooms are so dirty, didnt get laundry services till my check out time. No toiletries provided, I asked many times but didnt get any service, it was the most bad experience for me ever. I always book hotels from since so long but didnt expect this in my dream. Please look into the matter elese . Thanks

room quality is bad. i booked the hotel after seeing pictures but pictures is good and room is very bad. they serving food after the booking of 1 hour and food quality is almost bad and double charge on food.. i have no picture.. disappointed stay – not as shown in photos my experience at hotel crown inn, faridabad was very disappointing. the room was nothing like the photos shown it was poorly maintained and not clean at all. basic hygiene standards were missing. one major issue is that outside food is not allowed, and the food they provide is extremely expensive for the quality they offer. even worse, the food takes more than an hour to be served, and when it finally arrives, it’s tasteless and of poor quality. would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. definitely not worth the price.

it is in a remote location with frequent power cut offs the staff was quite rude it remains mostly empty and a vegitarian will face various problems in finding a pure veg restaurant

Very Dirty Hotel. Rude staff. They even cut the water supply in the morning. The MMT message showed the checkout out time as 12:00 pm still they insisted that i leave at 11;00 am. Parking facility was provided.

room is so dirty,no hand wash no towel even no water flow in wash room. Highly unsatisfied with service also. wrost hotel ever.

The property was good. The food was amazing. The room was neat and tidy and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Will like to visit it again definitely.
