Hotel Crosslane

My stay at Hotel Crosslane, Ajmer was excellent. The hotel offers clean, well-maintained rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Crosslane to anyone visiting Ajmer

Good experience , well mannered staff . I recommend this . Cost is bit higher side . Plus they charge extra for early checkin.

The washrooms were horrible. There was no hot water supply everything was damn dirty. Food was terrible too, I ordered omelette there was no salt in it.Then I ordered dosa the sambhar was stale...then I asked for paneer prantha they said we don't have we have only aloo prantha.

The place was good but the breakfast Buffet was not prepared as mentioned initially at the time of booking due to the low number of guests in hotel which was a little off point as we booked to enjoy Buffet breakfast experience Rest was good.

stay was very comfortable and hotel has a wonderful staff. i had an amazing stay 😇

Just ok, value for money is not there at all, no taxi service. Food is good. House keeping is ok type

In terms of cleanliness, they could use some attention to detail. Eg cleaning up the dust from top of cabinets, moldy faucets, etc the water pressure is too low and does not make for a good shower. Other than that, the staff is great and the rooms are quite spacious.

The room was just fine, however i requested that the coffee mugs kept in room had lipstick mark and requested to change, it did not happen. I had to call 3 times for an extra water bottle. The cushions in the room were not clean.

Everything was good, hotel staff was very cooperative. Only one disappointment, hot water was not available during our stay but it’s not a big deal we could able to manage somehow.

The entire night there was a noise and i could not sleep. Bathroom was in bad condition. Used toiletries provided in the bath room. Food instructions were not followed.

Polite staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Well trained staff. Good location.

We stayed for one night, room was not properly cleaned, bed was uncomfortable. Next morning in the breakfast we find the food quality was not proper. Tea i ordered was very poor in quality. I will not chose this hotel again.

Have stayed before at crosslane. Overall a good hotel with spacious rooms. Terrace bar cum restaurant is also nice. The hotel needs some maintenance and faster service to become excellent.

Poor hygiene poor quality food untidy rooms untidy bathroom no slippers for bathroom extra spicy and oily food

The location is good. Considering Ajmer is a small place, the facilities are good. There should have been more options in the breakfast.
