Hotel City Palace

The property was good but the maintenance was poor. Washrooms were quite small, toiletries were not available and there was shortage of water. But I must say that staff was quite friendly and supportive. Overall I would say that this place can be considered as a last resort in need.

Mats and bedsheet are worn out, cockroaches in room , no proper cleaning

The hotel city palace is best for stay. Hotel's location is very good for traveling. Owner of this hotel is jentelmen. I like's hotel cleaning process.

I find with mmt and its very average hotel they have not much amenities property location is good service is bad phone not working

Location is walking distance to Dwarkadhish temple but hotel room, linens and washrooms are in bad condition. They have basement parking but in bad shape. I have paid 7.5k for one night stay during year end time, which does not match with overall condition. Staff behaviour was average. This is a below average hotel maybe of 2-3k range.

The best part was the behaviour of hotel members. I went to dwarka with my family, they booked a car to explore dwarka, bet dwarka, beach and all other temples, they didn’t charge extra because i verified with other travel agents. The hotel is good but seems like they renovating it. The price was bit higher as it was expected when you go during new year and christmas. They booked auto to drop to dwarka railway station.

It was not good, not clean room no clean washroom smell bad there was big hole between 2 washroom(scary to bath)

The only plus point was proximity to the temple otherwise everything was terrible. No cleanliness. The towel & bedsheets were torn & very old. The price they charged was not worth. I feel this kind of facilities can be availed at one third or even lower price.

Located in the heart of the city, not easy to reach during peak traffic hours. 5min walk to shri dwarkadeesh temple. When we visited the hotel was under renovation so compromised on the cleanliness. The service staff is good and friendly.

Not good service, rude staff behaviour, i'm not suggesting this. Room not clean, third class service

The service was not up to the mark. Ano drinking water was provided despite telling twice. They cutoff the power supply to my room no305 while i was in the room and started after an hour after complaint. The service needs improvement.

Hotel city palace is at good location & walking distance to dwarka temple. Good service and staff people are supportive. Also support/help in arranging auto/taxi for sightseeing with reasonable cost. According to price, i can say it's really good to stay & worth it. Have great time

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff. Common area also very clean. Very near to temple just walkable.

Worst service by hotel staff,. Never book room.also our check in time on 3 pm and check out time 11 pm. Price is high. Never book room in this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located with all amenities nearby and walking distance to lord dwarkeshwara temple. The amenities in the hotel were good. The rooms were clean and toilet, bathroom etc are also very clean with hot water facility available for 24 hrs. Overall very comfortable stay. Thank you

Location is good. Food not available; however, tea is available. Towel was provided. Only sodp was provided in toiletries. Hangers were insufficient to hang the clothes. No channel airing l pl was available in tv. Overall, experience is satisfactory.

It was an average hotel to stay for one night, there is no restaurant at the hotel and rooms are ok nothing great. The price was on the higher side and not value for money

Beautiful, worth every penny i spent. It's close to almost all the temples in dwarka and easily accessible.
