recently stayed their, rooms are ok ok, food quality is fair non veg item is below average. i booked the room with breakfast and lunch or dinner, when i went to their resturant for taking dinner , staff said in our pre booked meal (lunch or dinner) we only serve thali and that too in room only, amd they denied to serve us in resturant, secondly the thali had fixed items for veg as well non veg which is as per hotels choice not customer choice. it means one who will book the room with meals will fooled with fixed non sense menu to eat, breakfast even didnt had limited items.... they serve breakfast till 10:30 and if you are even late for 10 min it will be again chargable.. i dont find it worth

Booked through make my trip but after booking due to some urgency i need to cancel the booking they have policy to cancel the booking 24 hours prior checkin. I contacted hotel but their front desk manager misbehaved and told that no one in the hotel to cancel the hotel. I not visited the hotel but full money gone waste.
