Good Evening..Both Hotels Food menu Very poor That’s Big Problem for our family

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, offering stunning views. The room service is fast and the staff were helpful a. Overall, the experiences is satisfying, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Good staff and clean property is the main thing attracted for me. Good location and a comfortable room with jacuzzi is really enjoyable with a budget friendly price.

We found the stay from make my trip .The location of the stay was perfect enough to enjoy the climate and landscape in a beautiful way.The healthy and delicious food ,along with the lovely serving by the staff members made the stay a wonderful experience.

Property location and facilities are good, staffs are very friendly and get you all support.. Food is very good, a callout to chef and staff for that!! The rooms need a bit more upkeep as it fall a bit short of expectation..

15k for 2 rooms (including tax). Why they are charging this much amount for 2 delux rooms. In last december, i booked 3 rooms in sterling munnar resort that cost 19k. Comparing to sterling munnr resort, gokulam park is nothing. we dont had hot water. staff told its due to no electricity for last many days. its not moeny worth.

It was a great stay. The service by the staff was excellent, and they were really friendly. Food quality was also great, but the price of the food was a bit higher.

Excellent property with mesmerising view from the rooms, very near to various site seeing locations. Food at the property is good and worth the money they charge , they have very good authentic kerala ayurvedic spa with nominal charges , staff is very cordial, swimming pool is neat and clean , overall an excellent property to stay with family , highly recommended 👍

The rooms and views are awesome. Foods are delicious and budget friendly. The cafe has an awesome view. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and play area. Location is also easy to reach. Would definitely recommend to all.

food experience was bad. one lady was complaining about bed bugs though I didn't experience any in my room.
