Rooms were in bad condition. Doors not locking properly and there was no running water in washroom and no toiletries and towel was present. Were given on asked but not really what you expected

very terrible room, i rate 0 in case of amenities ,cleanliness. i booked for 2 days and spent for my 1 day stay at Mangalore and the room which i got is terrible and i complained to them and they given me another option after 2 hrs of waiting,which was also similar, finaly i had to adjust with with wht ever i got.

No lock for the room. Simply vacated within 5 minutes. Manager rude and irrresponsible.

It's really very bad experience for us that too suggested by make my trip. Unhygienic rooms. No intercom in d room. There is no latch in d bathroom. By paying 2200/ we hv really got cheated this time. Mosquitos inside the room. Overall very bad room condition. However the staff was very cooperative. That is a relief. I feel makemytrip dhouy not suggest these type of rooms. Bath towels are very dirty colored

Ants over bed, dirty bedsheets, broken door handles, no facilities. No clean water to drink. Would not recommend
