FabHotel Raja Residency

Located on siruvani road.... very calm location.... ample parking space... dormitory room was neat and well maintained... staffs were couteous and very helpful... toilets were nicely maintained... only downside is there is no proper restaurant services... however there is a good one (named Lourdes) for snacks very close to the hotel

The rooms are very best and the receptionist is so kind and friendly,very best residency....very nice and cleanly maintenanced

Wanted to stay near Adiyogi, hence chose the hotel. Looked ok on the outside. but room was dirty, bedsheet and pillow covers had stains. they could have atleast mopped the floor. it gave me dust allergy.

Staff was very good!! They were very supportive even when we reached at midnight...And the place is very close to Adi yogi so was in a way very convenient for us..

Room is decent and staff is helpful. Parking is limited, make shift parking provided but not great parking place

Stay is good, however parking space not available for my car, parked on road side.

Power was fluctuing. Electrical appliances were getting on and off periodically making it a restless night. Fridge facility was denied by hotel crew in the hotel premises. When asked for food for any other services extra charges were asked by hotel staff saying that it is a regular practice in this hotel. Around rs. 100 were charged extra on the mrp printed in the menu for food order. Mattress were uncomfortable as the spring in the mattress were piercing and i was not able sleep soundly whole night. While checking out the hotel crew asked for some extra money as a token. Overall worst stay of my overall tour to south india

Awesome this hotel always keep clean and tidy. I recommend to all to stay here with peaceful.

Good stay if u visit isha foundation very nearby to sadhguru is-ha foundation good staff near clean rooms

Cleanliness in the room was mediocre. There were no bed sheets given. Towels were not that clean.

Our stay was ok, as our trip was short. It was a safe stay. The room was small. The lift was not working in the evening. It's near to is-ha around 10-15 mins by auto. The bathroom needs up grade. .

It is manageable to stay as it is near to isha, one issue was with food, difficult to get any good snacks or dinner if you are not from kerala

It is a decent place. Good for family. Nicely ventilated. But not 2. 7km from adiyogi. Minimum 5-6 km far from adiyogi. But yes, it is one of the top-5 closest hotel near adiyogi.

Very bad experience. The staff at the hotel are very rude and manner less. He has allotted our room to another party. We have to pay more money for the three beds when we are two people me and my wife. When asked for the reason he refused to allocate the room. He also shouted at my wife. We were helpless there so we stayed there and paid an additional amount. There are no proper arrangements of food and restaurants nearby the hotel. Nobody was there to listen to our problem.
