Stay was gud , food was gud , staff were gud , hygiene could be a little better . overall good

The room was totally bad,AC was also not working bath room door was not able to lock the door no staff to keep the rooms clean totally the room of Diana hotel is not good

Good location. Ac and shower was good. But, seems to be understaffed with the front desk empty at times.

The rooms are not as per the photo what you displayed. Maintenance of property is very poor. Fantastic was giving a lot of loud music. Linen was torn and blanket was stinking

I had booked and paid for this hotel through mmt. However, you cancel-led this booking and, instead, offered me the rooms in another hotel (udupi residency. Now you are asking me to review the cancel-led hotel. Are you stupid or incompetent or both ?

Good comfortable rooms. Reception staff very polite and helping. Room service and restaurant food is very good

The room was not good. The bed was horrible, ac not working. The restaurant's food quality was the worst.

It was a comfortable stay. However there were two things that were a minor inconvenience. First, i’d requested for early check-in by calling the hotel. When i reached, there was no one in sight and had to wait for a few minutes to get checked in. Second, there was no staff to help with my luggage to my room.

The rooms were spacious but service was pathetic. We tried calling them n no of times from room but there was no response. Also they don't provide early morning tea. The location is near to city. They provide you with basic amenities.

Good staff. Rooms are good enough for the price. We reached 2 hrs early but early checkin was not possible for us as rooms were not available. Rooms and bathrooms were clean however towels could have been better

The rooms are good and spacious. Small tv with cable connection. All rooms have air conditioners. Location wise good spot and famous.

The hotel is horrible with absolutely no maintenance, broken lights, broken fan control fixed to the maximum speed & can’t be controlled, ac is fixed to 23’ & can’t be controlled, the bathroom are dated with fixtures, broken health faucet with no water pressure. Next the restaurant food is horrible & the service is even more pathetic. If you can’t find any other accommodation then request to cancel or postpone your trip.

The room was good for the price. I however wish it was regularly cleaned. Every time we asked for the housekeeping, sometimes the washroom was missed or the bedsheet. However it was comfortable stay. The reception staff was very responsive over call as well. The breakfast from the restaurant was one of the most delicious sambhars ive had.

My self and wife sr citizens stayed in diana hotel forc2cdays on 14 and 15. 08. 23. Worst hotel and nozeo service. We reached hotel in 14. 08. 23 at 2 :30 pm no one is at counter no hotel boy to take our luggage to room in hotel of good big size probably we were only occupants and no body on the floor even not single hotel staff. No tea service as attached restaurant between 1:30 to 3:30 pm on 16. 08. 23 the restaurant was totally closes so no tea no break fast. There was no water supply on 15. 08. 23 and there was no body at floor or reception counter to lister to water issue i think hotel owner is not interested to run hotel. Make my trip should have verified hotel facilities. For name sake this hotel is running. We have handsome amount for per day. There negative value for money. I will recommend no body should stay in this hotel. Even persons should avoid booking through mm t as they also dont care while booking. It is our hard saved money and resultant discomfort and hardship. No nearby restaurant to have food, except mtr which is quite far. Pl. Look into matter and revert.

Not a professionally managed hotel - only few rooms are there which are not so well maintained - they have a good restaurant - they don't have any parking - we have to park our car on the road - although we had booked the hotel for 2 nights we checked out after a day's stay

It was really a good experience staying there. Property had gud acceciblity. The restraint serves yummy fud.
