the property shown on line was fake the property is pathetic 3rd class lodge with no lift working there. 2nd floor I had to go to walking with luggage to check whether this was the same property I had booked. the real property name was sheetal lake view. your hotel partner is fooling you guys and customers. I had not stayed there after seeing the property terrible hygeine. I called ur help line and booked another property and paid there also. please refund my money which i paid for sheetal o ns.
