The hotel is decent, with spacious rooms that can comfortably fit a small family. All basic services are provided. However, the staff isn’t particularly friendly. The hotel’s restaurant is vegetarian and quite expensive. Additionally, when booking rooms at lower rates, they mentioned they don’t accept guests

They downgraded our booking from deluxe room to standard room. The room provided was very dirty and unhygienic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the receptionist made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional behavior. They quickly checked me in and provided useful information about the hotel and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the vegetarian food offered at the hotel. The variety and taste of the dishes were outstanding, with fresh ingredients and flavorful preparations. Overall, the hospitality, great food, and cozy environment made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Cleanliness, room service and staff working there is good and polite. Restaurant provides pure veg food and jain food is also available

The hotel is at good location but all phone numbers available with makemytrip are wrong, intimated to the hotel staff. Even phone numbers available in the room are wrong. No one is available to help. Room condition is not good. Money was charged even included with stay. After raising concern some issues were resolved. A veg restaurant is available.

The worst experience i have ever had in terms of stays. The hotel is full of cockroaches lizard cats and weird smell. Our stay was with breakfast and dinner there is no option only one menu was there and one coffee is allowed to u otherwise they will charge for the second one horrible experience do not waste your money here instead go for some other better hotel

No water, no power back up, a/c not working, worst service. Pls make my trip don't advice others to stay at blue sea hotels.

Room was not that clean and hygienic. There was honeycomb and honey bees in the bathroom. Which was unable to use due to above said reason

All was ok but it required more cleaning as there was dust on window grills and ac of our room was also not working. Food was ok but it's prices were on higher side.

Average maintained of room clean. No hot water and there was no water on last day when i checked out.

Stay was good, rooms are cleaned, hotel is very cleaned, refreshing, near to local market, very good food, it's vegetarian restaurants

The hotel initially allotted a room with a very bad bathroom. On compliant, they allotted an ok room. Still, the fan wasn't working and bathroom fittings are not up to the mark. They refused to give complimentary breakfast though it has been paid online. Only after the issue was raised to MakeMyTrip, it was sorted out.

Room is very pathetic and stinking, blanket is not cleaned, curtain is not washed.

Our hotel stay has been comfortable, rooms are clean-an staff are courteous. The hotel arranged local visits including transportation based on our request. We have also indicated the documents required upfront since we were availing LTS from my company. The hotel did not give the documents till the time of our checking out the room. The hotel management assured they will be sending the documents if my company requests for documents mainly for the taxi provided. We had trouble free, on time travel!

No electric kettle/tea maker and tea provided in room. Further, no toiletries provided like shaving kit and toothbrush provided. No North indian breakfast item included in buffet menu. Ambience also average. Overpriced hotel.

Rooms were stinky, bathroom badly needs plumber, toiletries only on demand and that too a soap only. Staffs had very serious looks, I wonder why they are so stressed. A smile is advised to them. Restaurant was good for enjoying veg meal. Location was good, improvement in services and hospitality is required.

Good stay and excellent service. But no internet facility. No card payment facility

It's a beautiful hotel for middle class vegetarian people who love peaceful atmosphere. Employees are friendly and I will feel a sense of safety there.
