I had a wonderful stay at Arabian Nights Munnar. THe Host Mr Sunil Mathew and his family put great efforts to make our stay extremely comfortable.Mr Sunil even helped me with the Sightseeing Cab Bookings and also the Airport Drop Booking. Its a great Place to stay in Munnar wherein you feel so comfortable and relaxed and the Food Cooked by Mrs Mathew was Excellent. I would definitely recommend this Place to anybody looking out for a great place to stay in Munnar with Authentic Kerala Home Cooked Food..

groupPro's Breakfast served was awesome. Enjoyed the silence that eliminates the city pollutions, surrounded by greenery. Responsiveness of the host was great. Con's Campfire seemed to be expensive at ₹1500. Smoking restrictions in room were not mentioned in booking page or prior arrival.

Dear valued guest, really happy to know that you and team enjoyed stay at arabian nights munnar. No-smoking restrictions is inside the rooms only and we provided you specific areas for smoking. The reason is, if smoke inside, the smell will remain in curtains etc. And it will be a disturbance to them. The cost of campfire is including the cost of logs, cleaning and sanitation of premises before and after campfire. In less rush season, we charge less amount only.

Average home stay

Property was not so good as I expected. The kind of service and facilities and security they provided were not up to the mark. The rooms were not spacious. Management and logistic need to be improved. No caretaker was available there on the property.

Dear valued guest! Thanks for posting such a review. The moment you arrived at the property you started shouting, first I was thinking about not admitting you to property. We are operating this property for last three years and no guest behaved to us like that. By thinking about the accompanying poor ladies we allowed you to check in. You behaved to us like we have to be like our slaves. Please don't enter our premises with such a mindset. Ours is a family owned and managed property only for well behaved and civilized people, not for uncivilized people like you. There was another family group was staying in another villa, without considering, you behaved like a drunken person and were shouting. You reserved low budget rooms, low price, that the reason you got small room. We have villa having built up area of 1250 sq ft with 3 attached bedrooms, hall, kitchen, dining backyard, if you reserved that villa and paid you could have got bigger rooms. The cost of cleaning, gas, electricity, laundry will be more than the rent paid, then on what basis you are demanding that villa for cheaper price. You could have tried another options as ours is not the only accommodation in Munnar. You thought that by hearing your shouting, we will be scared and give free service, maybe you are doing it to your poor subordinate staff. When I discussed with your driver next day, he told me that you were behaving in the same way wherever you go. Thanks for your review and please don't come to our property.

Good stay

The property was centrally located and easily accessible, nice, calm ambiance. The staffs were cooperative and interactive as well. The maintainable was great. The food was good and the variety was available as well. The only drawback was the rooms were congested, the size was not up to the mark.

Dear valued Guest, thanks for your valuable time for posting a review. Your positive comments are highly appreciated. Regarding the size of the rooms. The two rooms we built on first floor of my family home intended for stay of budget families only. The reason is, we have a three bedrooms independent house, normally rent to a group of up to 12 adults and we don't rent it as rooms. Due to its size, investment costs, facilities, a small budget family can't afford it. The standard double room is selling at a low rate (half the price of rooms in the locality) to budget travelers. Unfortunately, you reserved such rooms, at low price. I am sure that, there was no rooms available on your stay, even by payment of twice the rent you paid. Moving forward, we will be adding more information about room size, so that guests will not expect, more than what we have. It's worth to mention here that, the rooms you stayed was nearby 15 feet bigger than the market leading hotel chain brand. Next time you may try our independent villa. Regards.

Space of the room is too small. There is no space to walk. Hotel location is bit interior but it's peaceful
