it was a wonderful stay with all the amenities. TV channel for the match was not available, on request the rectified and activated the channel for the cricket match. All the staff were friendly and room was spacious and clean.

Very comfortable stay, room was cozy and very clean, with nice french windows offering plenty of sunlight and street view. Receptionist was very helpful, tea and snacks available in the hotel too.

The maintenance of the rooms is very poor, and the rooms are very small, the wash rooms are very bad no cleanliness, no hot water, and no chair in the room for sitting.

The location is good. The property feels old. Washroom could be better, fittings and tiles are smudged. Overall cleanliness could also be better. Reception at the hotel was not that great, but could probably ignored and understandable since i checked in midnight.

Rooms are ok, however the property is old so the fittings and beddings are old. Also, the staff could be better. Not rude but not welcoming as well.

There were no hot water provided in the bathroom for taking bath in the morning.

They didn’t accept booking and from make my trip also we are not informed about confirmation of staye in the address 24, but later mm t transferred stay to another hotel nearby

Hotel first didn’t accept the admission. Room clean is not good. Bed cover and bed is worst. No maintenance

The management was friendly. The room was neat and clean. Breakfast and coffee hotels were right below my hotel, which was a very convenient aspect during the stay. I also liked the ambience. Thank you

Unhygene and dirty rooms. Not worth the price.

No parking at all. No soaps are provided and also tv ia not working. Very high price with less facilities which are usable. I can say even bucket and mug is not available. Only shower. Also, no help for lugguage shifting and receiving is not at all good.

Overall nice stay. Staff behavior was good.

The city view room we booked had the shower mixer faulty. After some efforts, the owner changed us into another one, this time a little larger. Other than this, comfortable stay. One tea shop and a udupi veg eatery downstairs. So no need to go anywhere for anything. Will stay again.
