Clean toilet, bed, balconi. Sea os very near to this hotel. Restaurant available. Behavior of staffs is also good.

The place is nice with good ambiance but as it is a new property so there is a big lag in management. It will be okk with time.

Nice place to stay at digha, closer to the beach, food is average quality with challenges in accommodating guest in restaurant. Swimming pool is not so clean as expected in the hotel. Rooms were good with cleanliness maintained.

Decoration and room condition as well as the location of the hotel is best. But the behaviour in the reception is not good, but rude in silent mode. Food quality of the restaurant is good but not best.

Hotel room was gppd but restaurant service was very poor. Literally had to wait so long to get our order. Number of hotel staff was very less. House keeping came at 3:30 p. M which was really very disturbing.

Google reviews were not good but still we booked because the room photos looked great and room was good too. Service was zero. There was no wifi and they kept on saying that it is working fine. Calling reception was no use as nobody came. Basically no one was bothered.

First and foremost, this hotel is located far from the sea. Management is absolutely terrible. There was no drinking water; there were no room services; i dialed the room extension numerous times for services, but they did not respond; and there was no ash tray provided inside the room. We were charged extra money to use the swimming pool, and the hotel manager was unfriendly. Many people in the swimming pool requested that they wait until the other people left the pool. Furthermore, the hotel staff appeared uninterested in addressing our concerns and were not particularly accommodating. Overall, we had a negative experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Then, at check-out, we were charged extra money for food that we did not order, but the food was ordered by another guest, and the management was charged that food price with our bill, charging extra money for "digha development charges" and not providing any money receipt for the same. When we asked for the money receipt, they were rude and told us to leave and go to another office in digha for questions. Every member of the hotel staff acted horribly.
