Great food and good experience ...budget friendly hotel ..service can be improved ..good valley view ..no swimming pool

Rooms are not much clean & neat. Hot water is challenging in the morning. Overall stay was not happy except the window valley look & breakfast

I reached the property through mmt location. Property is situated on good Location.All staffs and owner are of good behaviour. But they have to improve their timings and some basic amenities.

It was good experience. Food was great. Location is perfect. Room service was good. Good parking place.

The facility is located near parsi point and has a good scenic view. The food menu is quite reasonable and worth for money.

River Palace Panchgani is a fantastic place to stay! Not only are the rooms clean, but the service is also excellent. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're staying with family—it's truly a homely experience. One of the highlights of this place is the food. You will only get pure vegetarian meals here, with a special focus on Gujarati and Jain thalis. I must say, the food is excellent—just like homemade meals, adding to the comfort of the stay. The staff is wonderful, with warm and welcoming behavior. They take care of every little detail to ensure a pleasant stay. I had originally booked for two days, and today is my second day here. Even before arriving, when I called to request an early check-in, they immediately said yes and accommodated my request without any hassle. The property itself is excellent, offering breathtaking views. It is also conveniently located near Parsi Point, making it an ideal choice. I highly recommend this place, especially for families looking for a safe and peaceful stay.

Very good stay for couple and family. The hotel is conveniently located on the panchgani mahabaleshwar road and the parsi point is just 2 min walking distance. The rooms are good and valley view is mesmerizing. I would recommend staying in this hotel.

There’s no proper service and security only view room and bed is really very bad we are in group and booked 2 rooms and seriously it was our mistake and we checked out earlier and find new hotel

The view is really good as well as staff is also polite. The food quality is also better. They give preference to cleanliness and also follow all precautions due to covid. If you are looking for a good stay please go ahead. Also the food prices are worth it. I really enjoyed the stay.

Best hotel for family stay. It has amazing view of mountain and river. Rooms are clean and well behaved staff provide excellent service.

Rooms are clean and big .. Mattresses can be of better quality though.. Food was average.. Location and view from room is main catch point of the place hence I liked it a lot
