Review Of Hotel Ross & Smith

I would recommend no one to stay in this hotel. The electricity went off at night and no one was around. We couldn't sleep the whole night. The reception is left empty always. The rate includes breakfast but there was no breakfast in the morning available, they took us to a small stall outside asking us to eat there instead. Shut this hotel down, the manager himself didn't even apologize once rather shrugs his shoulders for every thing.

The property was very very bad and didn’t even provide water or soap or anything unless asked. It was worse than a homestay.

It was a good experience of staying in roses and smith hotel. The manager of the hotel is very polite. We booked an ac room and it was clean and pleasant. We had a comfortable stay.

The condition of the hotrl is really pathetic. There us no kitchen and no arrangement for food. The condition of the rooms us not at all up to the mark. The washroom a d beds were really dirty. The hotel foes not have adequate staff also and there is not even facility for drinking water. Not at all recommended

Brilliant service, good staff, good location.

Staff behavior was good and they were helpful. Room was spacious. Thumbs up from my Side for the room, washroom and overall hotel cleanliness. They have their own restaurant but will not say about food as I didn't ate there. No such tourist attraction places are there nearby. No nearby railway station but the place is well connected to roadways.

Rooms totally not a hygienic. Not professional house keeping just clean for name sake. Very worst bathroom, very dirty pillows and mattresses. Breakfast is very worst just 2 slice of old dated bread and last night boiled eggs to provide.

Very nice and humble staff. But room facilities and food quality can be improved.

Good Hotel, rooms are ok, bathroom was clean. It is next to main Road so basically for night stay. Staffs are not well trained. Breakfast was good.

The Hotel is situated right in the middle of the market and is an ideal stopover for Portblair-Diglipur tour.

Tasty food. Clean rooms. Hotel is good for visiting Rangat, Mayabunder.
Good service. Polite staff. Tasty food. Comfortable stay in the heart of Rangat.

Room has water leakage for which no attention was paid.
