Cleanliness in room and bathroom could have been even better with availability of basic amenities. Staff behaviour was very good.

Stay was far frm the railway station…. It was common bathroom over there … n there is no such store or shops to eat n buy … vehicle are not much has to wait for long time to caught a auto

It is the worst room i have ever seen like this. There is no provision to freshen up and no security. No transportation from this hotel

I was given worse room ever. The images and the real rented room is totally different. Blankets were teared and fully dirty from all sides no storage, no floor matt, no water supply, and no such other basic amenities provided. The amount you charging is very high, but the class is very low. Everything was worse from checkin to checkout. the rented room was different from images, curtain was fully blur and very dirty, no floor matte was available, floor was full of dirt, no storage was available, there was no proper toilet and bath to excretion. The amount you are changing so high but the rented room was so cheap. I am attaching some images. Please compare, and if possible refund the amount.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The room service was subpar, and the bed's hygiene left much to be desired. The washroom was in a terrible condition, making the overall stay uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.
