It was terrible experience of my life to stay there. I reported the issues to your team. They helped me up-to extent, but i faced those problems both days. I don’t know for what they are taking this much money. Paying was useless. This effects your reputation as well. I am not gonna do any booking fut-her with you guys

Overall staff was good but manager behaviour was rude and after given room he refused to give service this kind of fraud thing done.

I can't say anything about this bcos they shifted us but they dint even give us ac room even though we already paid 4 it. Finally we pay extra 1000 rs 4 ac room but food and rest of the things are good

We book 2 room in 2500 after entering in this hotel we paid 2000 for some reason at last we pay 4500 for this disgusting hotel

It wa a great stay with amazing environment. Owner was very helpful. Jeep safari must ride. Food was even more delicious. I will must visit to this property again. I would rate 4. 8 out of 5. Proper sanitized they maintained during the stay. Hotel staff are very helpful. Must go for jeep safari and camel ride

The stay is lifetime experience. We didnt had breakfast but dinner was good.

Tents are ok. But toilets are blocked, cleanliness was not good. Dinner was terrible. Cultural programme was below average.

Food is okay, and staff is friendly

We enjoyed a lot here with stay, Rajasthani cultural dance and traditional food. They took good care of all girls with us and provided 100% safety.

It was nice stay. Staffs are very good. Price is little bit high. It is suggested to keep room heater in room specially in winter season. Otherwise, nice to stay.

Very nice and clean hotel to stay and very fantastic cultural program

The resort is located at the optimum location for both the camel safari and jeep safari sand dune locations. The hotel staff are well behaved and offer the best stay. The price of accommodation was on a bit higher side, but can be reduced by planning and research.

Hotel owner help me in hire car service from airport and its a brand new car. He arranged jeep safari for lesser in normal cost. Great experience. Cultural program was superb. Staff behavior and service was great. Nice deal.
