Worst ever experience

It is not worth of rs. 500 per night, however i paid rs under non cancellation booking. Poorest rooms, rude staff behavior. Have to wait for 1 hour in check in even when i reached hotel at 11. 55 am with check in time as 12 noon. Room given to me at 1 pm. Not at all recommended for anyone.

I’ve booked two rooms at prem guest house from december 20 to 23, when we have reached at the guest house then we found out they had overbooked the rooms and there was no room available at prem guest house (even though we had made the full payment in advance for both the rooms. The have shifted us in some gold y guest house and it was just the nightmare for our family. No water geyser in one room, no mirror in the room nor in the toilet, no dustbin, broken mattress, broken bed, wc was choked in both the rooms so going to toilet was a nightmare for my family. They refused to return our money so couldn’t go anywhere else. If you listen to me then never make advance payment for such guest houses, they are there just to make the money at any cost and didn’t care about your safety and health and comfortable level.
