PPH Living Stepsotel

The behavior of the staffs were good but the condition of the room and cleanliness was not good at all.

Don't expect too much it is ok for the price of 1500 anything beyond 1500 for this stay is expensive. Good will be provided on request. Food wise no issues. But plates provided were shabby. Not tidy. If u want to go with budgeted hotel choose this.

The room was bit ready, even when i was checking in after 6 hrs, room, bed and bathroom were not cleaned and there where no dustbin

room is spacious but not maintained well.very poor toilet bad smell and drainage problems.bedsheets and pillow are not clean.floor is not clean there are hair everywhere.No proper ventilation for non a/c room.water is not good.totally bad stay ever

The hotel rooms were horrible with rooms tv not working, ac not working, beds extremely poor and shabby, no service at all, room service was bell was not working, rooms were allotted in 3 rd floor without lift, no buckets in room, no dustbin. No room service at all.

I enjoyed my stay at pp h living stepsotel. The staff were incredibly polite.

We 2 rooms booked after reaching the property we found this is not but cheating total fraud. We did not stay and we did not get any refund this is shame on make my trip for posting kind of property.
