familyOur booking was for 2 separate rooms in dormitory, but they offered us shared one with outsiders. Same was unacceptable, hence forced to leave resort without stay and booked another hotel in city in lieu of same. They didn't issue any refund, thus i have incurred extra expenses. Claim raised to mmt. Totally unprofessional behaviour!

Horrible experience with makemytrip this time. I booked a room in pitambari long back and when i reached i got to know at hotel reception that, they don't have any information regarding booking and they don't have room too. This is really disgusting. You/makemytrip informed to the hotel on same day at noon. When i called to your helpline number, they are unable to find out any alternative. I was stuck with the family. Very bad experience with you. Definitely i am going to take a call on this.

At the outset I feel bad for the incidence happened with you sir… 1. As you have mentioned above that you have blocked room long back, but as per our communication and confirmation I have shown you that I have received your booking intimation on your check in date on 12:30 pm. 2. As you mentioned above the resort was sold out already, but still I have given you option to stay in 2BHK bungalow instead of non a/c suite even in the same prize that you had paid to MMT. Hope your stay was pleasant. At last I tried my level best to make your trip comfortable and joyful!
