Ambience reception and the food was awsome. The staff was coordial and cooperative . The pool is also clean K

Sure 1. No proper reception facility 2. Any Restaurant orders done, are brought in post 2 hours 3. Only 1 receptionist for the entire resort 4. Security guard is not at all present in the entry gate 5. Too many mosquitoes in the room 6. The telephone doesn't work in any of the room 7. The stay was not at all worth 1K per night also 8. The only thing they maintained was swimming pool, in which we could see only 1 or 2 person in the pool

We were not given room as per booked we had booked deluxe room but the room looked nothing like ‘deluxe’ a moldy room with no windows which was not occupied for long time it seemed basically a old unused room not fit for stay like a cow shed also break fast was included as per booking they even charged for that i was not expecting this pathetic situation. Moreover i was visiting this place with three senior citizens and a child this made all the more difficult.

Food is excellent. Service is little bit slow. Room spacious. Surroundings scenery good. Location is good.

We experienced homely stay with good staff. Thanks a lot.

Rooms are under construction, no facility is available. I hope hardly any guests stay there. I will not recommended.

I will be sharing my review in points-01. The service was very slow and as per their information they have a shortage in staff. 02. They bookings differently. 03. The rooms were not ready when we got there. We had to wait for 30 minutes. We got there at 4:30 pm and had to wait extra 30 minutes. Two of our rooms were ready at around 6 pm. 04. The premium room did not look like a premium one. The deluxe rooms were even worse. Overall this was one of the worst stays.

Service was very poor, room category was not according to room price, water of bathroom was not proper working, ac was not working

We had a very comfortable stay at viramma which is set in a pleasant environment of trees and birds away from the noisy bustle of siliguri town. The staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs, the food was tasty and we met the owner who has great plans to develop the resort further in a sustainable way.

It is kinda situated in a good place as it has connectivity to majority all the nearby tourist places. Hotel staff and environment were pleasant. Sab badhiya hi tha agar subah ki chai ko nazarandaz kaur de toh.

Pathetic place. Old broken and displayed rooms. No HK person after Sun set. No intercom. Terrible food.

Very poor, no support from MMT customer care also, hotel denied check-in and hotel mentioned they have informed MMT but no one informed me. I had to pay extra to stay, felt very help less. No clue whom to hold responsible but I suffered

Good location. Very clean rooms with modern amenities. Peaceful atmosphere. Food over here is little expensive but good in taste. I have stayed here for one day. It w As overall a good experience. Would like to recommend this to others. Manager here is good and very helpful.

We come with our family from Gujarat, room are OK but service is very slow, more ever staff in Reception is useless they do not know anything, nor specialty of that are nor geographic knowledge. The most important thing all call girls are allowed in this hotel and bad practice is being carried out in this hotel. This hotel is not suitable for family. It can be only used for time pass games. Even my ID card was misplaced by the Reception.

Excellent hotel and the experience was also good. All the facilities are amazing too. We face problems with the MD of the hotel who faces problems in the hotel. Please take some action onto it and MMT will be the worst.
