I stayed at Urban Nest for 2 nights on my official trip to Guwahati as it was located close to the office area however I got disappointed as they provided ground floor room which seem to provide for the driver

I stayed at Urban Nest for 2 nights during my official trip to Guwahati. I chose Urban Nest as it was close to the office location and rate was reasonable and my colleague had a good experience. However my experience after booking through Make My Trip was disappointing as they gave me inferior room at the ground floor which seems to be driver's room for the guest.

Hi Mr Arnab, Thank you for your feedback, however, we need to clarify few thinsg. You booked a studio unit with kitchen @1318/- per day (after card discount) and we provided you the exact room which was shown in the pictures. We do not have a driver's room(Driver's Apartment-as you mentioned) in our property. We also have more spacious 1Bhk apartment in the same property for higher rates. I hope if you visit next time you would book the bigger apartment for better experience.

It was a very bad experience. While booking the room he gave me, he showed me some other room. I got a very useless room. It was a very bad room, it smelled very bad, the bathroom was also bad. The room was not changed. I made me sit for a long time, then he said cancel the booking, this is the only room and there is no other option
