The hotel couldn't provide a basic amenity like a towel on time. We got the towel after 2hrs of check in.. The room was not ready at the time of check in..The water in the bathroom was very slow..But I would give a good as the location was awesome lots of restaurants,shopping malls around plus ample options to travel around. The manager was helpful..He tried to sort out the issues it took time but he resolved it. Rooms were clean..

The hotel has coffee tea kit but doesnt provide with Kettle. They have super expensive restaurant that isnt good. Cockroach infested & dustyplace.

Torn out bed sheet, quilt cover also torn out and dirty, pillow also dirty.no towel, sleepers. Waiter who served breakfast seems sweeper, left and stairs were horrible. Nothing to comment positive. I will never go there again.

very bad experience with treebo

one of the worst hotel i have stayed ever. strains in bed sheet. room are too dusty. I stayed for 3 days they only gave simple bread tea for breakfast. And for your kind information its very noisy at night and its a pure veg hotel.

businessHorrible people, don’t know manners. If you ask for anything from outside they don’t return money back. We ask for dinner, they told that food they will take from outside. After they took food they 1250- whereas we just ask for food from outside. After that we went to the outside shop from where they ordered food. The actual amount was 235. After we challenged the hotel boy said, my manager told me i can’t do anything

Property location- on point. Staff response- on point. Room cleanliness- needs little attention as the washroom basin leaks water when use it and water pours on your foot. Food availability- in house is available so no problem at all. Room service- it is good. Toilet- a bad smell is there whenever you go to use toilet. It is unpleasant.
