Super HOTEL O NIRVANA Bhilai Nagar Station

first thing is the hotel people demanded extra money on the arrival of the day else they were not willing to give the checkin as I paid 10 back before the stay day. then I spoke to them and seeing no other option had to agree paying the extra amount,very bad for oyo and make my trip. you guys should look into these before registering any random hotel. I booked the classic room and they were giving the normal room but after having arguments they gave my desired room where basic amenities like gesser , mineral water arrangement was not there. they were tied up with a restaurant and had too buy everytime, tv was not in working condition only a tv and remote. so I am very disappointed. you guess should inspect properly and check how they are dealing things as only writing down all the amenities but not providing is a cheating and you cannot also avoid the responsibilities.
