One of the worst hotel am not seen ever

The stay at the lodge is horrible. Toiletes and rooms are very dirty. No service given by the proper. My policy was including breakfast but they didn't provide such. The rooms are full of mosquitoes and bugs. Drinking water is also not provided. The staff are drunken persons. Even water was not there in the toilets. No toiletries given by them. It is not proper. The staff don't know languages other than telugu. No lift for upstairs. Even towel not provided by the property. Entire stay is completely horrible.

I checked in at around 1030 pm in night. At first they denied the room. They said they didn't get any confirmation from mmt. Later they said thy didn't get any payment from mmt. Very very pathetic kind of hotel. Bathroom was clean but they co-mod gun was not working. Washbasin eas clean but no water. Ac was there but was not functioning. When complained. The staff said. No rooms available. We asked to change bedsheets they denied that too. And we were stuck and couldn't change hotel in that hrs. As i drove down from visakhapatnam. How can mm t take such hotels into its fold. Next time i would not use mm t to book hotels any more. And would suggest the same to all ky friends as well.

I went to the lodge, all amenities are intentionally stopped by management like geyser, bedsheets very bad smell, Bath room is not clean.
