Please ensure before booking this hotel on make my trip. When we reached there. They refused to give rooms saying they were under renovation and did not refund the money too. They looted my 5000 rs

Basic facilities was not that great, option are very less in Sitapur so we stayed here.

It was good stay, location was very good, hotel services and staff behavior was excellent, room was comfortable and washroom was very clean, safety and security was also up to the mark. Overall it was excellent stay. Suggested to all.
