Comfortable stay, nice jungle ambience, rooms are well appointed and clean as all the mp tourism properties are. Slow service is the only problem otherwise staff is courteous and eager to help. Phone signal is a problem but wifi provided by the MPT Sagoun Retreat Salkanpur works fine. One can take a trip to salkanpur devi temple nearby (12kms) or take morning and evening jungle safari to ratapani tiger reserve with a nice trek to hidden ginnour garh fort of rani kamlapati

Good basic cottages. Nice settings on main road which is mostly quiet. Right place if you wish to cover salkanpur temple, jungle safari with track to ginnore gadh palace and awali ghat at narmada river. Excellent food with willing shef to customize breakfast and meals to your liking and taste. Suggest 2 nights stay for perfect relaxation.

That was my second stay at Sagoun rt. Great place for nature & peace lovers. Location, in the jungles of Ratapani, is fantastic. Food, both veg & non-veg is very delicious… rooms have all the basic amenities with proper Wi-Fi. Staff is quite courteous & humble. I recommend at least one day stay 👍
