businessI stayed at the homestay for one night during a solo bicycle tour across the malnad region. The property is located 5-6 km from sringeri town, well off the main road. The tunga river passes by some 300m from the house. It is an idyllic location. Sukhan and his family are excellent hosts. Sukhan in particular took me on his bike for a quick visit to sringeri mutt in the early morning. Food is simple and delicious home-cooked fare. Room was good for a one-night stay. Bathroom is attached with a gas geyser for 24/7 hot water. Room is a bit cosy. It may get stuffy in hot weather conditions.
