The service and quality of the Hotel was very bad the room was very dirty so we decided not to stay there and change Hotel Hotel Le Grand was a very bad Hotel

I stayed there along with my spouse to attend Nirankari Sant Samagam. Overall stay remained good. Hotel should improve its cleanliness. They should warm welcome to customers.
Bathroom was not clean. There was housefly and mosquito in bathroom. One mouse was also seen on the room. Room service was good. Parking was safe. Behavior of staff was good. Food served was also good at reasonable rates.

Overall not bad experience. It was good stay in this hotel but they have need to improve their quality I. E. Cleaning of rooms and washroom, hospitality services, food facility and also need to improve the safe place for families guest.
