I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the accommodation was decent, my experience during checkout was extremely disappointing. I made my payment through UPI, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, their POS machine got stuck, and the front office staff immediately called the manager. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, the manager argued with me and insisted I make the payment again. I requested them to restart the POS machine, and once they did, it clearly showed that the payment had already been received. Despite my patience and the fact that the issue was on their side, neither the manager nor the staff apologized for the inconvenience or their behavior. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left a very negative impression. The management needs to improve both their technical systems and their customer service attitude.
