Room service is very delayed and washrooms is not well mentain room fon not working also AC not working

The staff was not polite, the room and washroom were a very dirty. Food was average. The staff was not polite, the room and washroom were very dirty. Food was average.

Overall staff was good but bed sheets were not very clean same goes for bathroom and did not have enough hot water for shower.

Hotel not provided water and water drinking glassware next day they not providing towel bath soap. Food quality is good staff behaviour is good, location is good

Stayed in a super deluxe room. When I checked in, found dirty pillows, blocked toilet and unclean curtains. Food was also not that good. There was gutka stains on the walls. Hotel location was good near to railway station but the street leading to the hotel was without any lights and too dark after sunset.

Location is not good, just good.

It's one of the worst experience I have goes through. They took more than 1 hour to check in, no professional communication, hotel is OK but manager and reception guys are pathetic. Ground staff is cooperative.

It was an average hotel with average facilities and it is overpriced if we compere it with location and facilities in small place like Churu. Food was above average. Rooms was quite spaces. Its main advantage is its very much near to railway station and bus stand.
