Poor Stay

I am not satisfied with the stay for the following reasons: 1) bed spreads not changed. 2) a/c not working. 3) toilet kit/ soap and towels not provided. 4) lift not working and senior citizens like me will find it difficult to climb the steep stairs. Only silver lining was the courteous behaviour of the person in reception. I won't recommend this place for anyone.

soloThe Hotel was at good location, but it was not so clean. The allotted room had poor facilities. There were cockroaches in the room. Service by the staff was good. Washroom was very dirty. So, it was not a good stay.
