Good food, but maintenance of rooms was slightly below average, can improve cleanliness of bedsheets and provide unused shampoos for each guest for that price. 2.4/5 stay experience in vkb.

We took a pit stop while driving from Bhubneshwar to Bangalore at this hotel. Hotel is bigger than it looks from outside. Rooms were big and food was good.

Good ambience and services. Food is good but little pricey. Staff are very punctual and attentive and prompt.

The hotel is good and so is food, rooms are clean and staff is very cordial. The rooftop restaurant is also good.

Got a call from reception at 5. 30 am and asking to checkout, as early check-in done. No prior info about early check- in charges or anything.

Check in and service was fair enough, not out of this world. Room is nice, bed is quite big but the bathroom fittings and look and feel of it need an upgrade as the rates charges are of a 3 star category hotel but services are not commensurating to that. After meal timings they don't even provide a bread toast, looks like they don't have a kitchen. In simple terms, it's not worth the rates charged

The front desk staff needs to be professional even including the manager. Mr manager must learn phone etiquette.. None of the staff including the manager have guts to say to the guest that in early check in there is extra charge. The tv in the room is for name sake, no channels work even after repeated calls to the front desk. No hot water during the day, may be only in the morning. I had to take a shower at 11am with cold water. Never order fresh lime soda in their restuarant as they do not know what it is!

The food is good and testy. The fish curry is too sour. Safety is okay as i did not see any security at the entrance or may be he went for a loo!

Receptionist behaviour is very strange, negligence & unethical behaviour.

Super clean rooms, good food, awesome room service, very clean bathrooms. Only issue that i faced was at the time of check in. The reception assigned a security guard instead of a bellboy to help me with my luggage. The security guy was very rude, and made comments about my luggage and made me very uncomfortable when he entered the room. I did raise the issue at the front desk. Hoping they have taken action against that person.

It was a pleasant stay clean room

Value for money for an overnight stay with family. Very friendly and helpful staff.
