businessWhen i reached the hotel at 2 am, the manager was not aware of the booking. I showed the message and then he gave the room. Breakfast was in my package but he said the staff comes at 11 and bf will be available only after that. When i told about package he said i could get either a sandwich or butter toast, which i did get in the morning. Nobody was at the counter when i had to checkout. Aftervwaiting for about 15 mins, i left the key at the counter and left the hotel. Pathetic experience.

Dear sir, we knew about your booking but have to inform once at the counter or in the morning the reception boy had gone to the nearby medical shop to buy medicine for the baby of a room guest. Sorry that you didn't get it at checkout time.
