The property owner can't provide room. Please solve this issue urgently. Very bad service

Room not allowed according to booking i selected deluxe room but property owner allow executive room

Very bad experienceno proper bathroom shower has earthing problem no fridge as mentioned door locks are not properbed has not having proper mattress

1. The pictures shown of hotel were not correct. 2. The charges are not shown ac non ac so extra 330 rupees paid for ac 3. The hotel was very dirty. 4. Crockery were very dirty. 5. Garbage was lying in corridor. 6. Mosquito were roaming to eat customer and no any process to restrict

Hotel is very average, what else you can expect at rs 1000 per night

It's just a room not a hotel. Toilet flush was not functional so you could imagine how would be the services. There were no toiletries provided so nothing you can expect. No room service even after multiple request. Even for drinking water there is no room service even they are charging for it. Terrible experience

Dirty washroom, room was also not clean, service not good, overall bad experience. Location was not bad.

If you are staying alone, it fine or with another male friend. Else, if you are travelling with your wife either carry proof of marriage or preferably don't book this hotel. Lot of times, men will be standing at the entrance which can make you uncomfortable while entry exit. Also, didn't like the blanket, there was no cover on it which made me uncomfortable thinking of hygiene. Covers are easily washable and keep things clean. I was there to visit bird sanctuary and as I was traveling by my own car, location was not an issue as it was about 4-5 km away.

Hotel accommodation good and also facilities.

Room is okay but automatic lock is not working properly, service should be better and timely action needed but food is not up to the standard both quality and quantity.

When we reached at the property, we found staffs sleeping. Then the manager got up and denied our booking. The problem was that the tab device was not with the manager it was with the owner. Manager rang the sleeping owner and he too had denied the booking. Finally, talking to the MakeMyTrip customer care the issue was resolved but then they said the room which we had booked through application was not available, so they gave us an air-conditioner room with air-conditioner turned off. This made the room unnecessarily hot and humid. Finally, there was no proper room cleaning service, the dustbin was filled with the previous boarder's left out.

LED size is superb and clearity also.
Overall good it's nice to see that your sites data was proper and enough.

Good hotel and hotel staff. Location was prime. Bathroom was also cleaned. Service was very good. Purety in food & drinks. Value of money. Staff behiover was good but selling fan was dirty. Restrorent service was good.
