Hotel Sunbird | Rooms & Restaurant

Property is at walkable distance from bird century. Room were spacious and new with all the amenities. Early check in was allowed. Dinner was not tasty and overpriced. Breakfast was included in stay, and was served hot and fresh(poha,parantha and omlet). A little late check out was not allowed (Guest were comimg as per hotel), however hotel normal check in was 2 pm, while check out is 11. This is little problematic . So finally we check out at 11.30 . Food is overpriced like five star, it need to reduce at reasonable price.

I felt that the hotel was overpriced as compared to its hospitality and services. Below are pros and cons. Pros : 1. Location is very close to Kaleodwo National Park. 2. ⁠Newly renovated rooms. 3. ⁠Enough Car parking. Cons : 1. There is no swimming pool. 2. ⁠Very basic buffet breakfast that included only paranthas, bread, poha, egg to order, tea/coffee and one canned juice. The taste itself was not very good. 3. Considering the level, ⁠their food menu is very overpriced if you want to order something from the hotel. 4. ⁠The hotel staff was not rude but not kind either. They need to learn how to talk to guests and how to serve them better.

Amazing environment of the hotel. Good spacious room. AC was excellent. Good washroom with running hot water. Very near to the bird sanctuary. The hospitality was amazing. Food was also very good. Nothing to complain at all.

Stayed one night. The room was cosy, clean & comfortable equipped with a refrigerator & kettle - tea & coffee. The staff was helpful and showed consideration towards a senior citizen. The location is ideal next to the Bird Sanctuary

Overall a great stay experience at hotel sunbird. The rooms are really spacious, neat and clean with good amenities. Food and kitchen service is also great. Room service is available but you cannot order food in your room, which some people might not like. Order the food on phone from room, and when the food is ready the kitchen staff will call you to notify. Go to the restaurant and have the food that you ordered. Nice ambiance and quiet atmosphere.

We have spend a quality time. For refreshing your mood it's a good place.

Location - next to bharatpur bird sanctuary. Food - good, a little overpriced. Neat and clean. Garden needs care. Safe.

We had a pleasant stay. Excellent room and hotel property. Food was really good and service was awesome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they booked us a fantastic guide for the bird sanctuary. The room was surprisingly quiet, considering it was on a main Road. Would absolutely stay there again.

A great place to stay if you are visiting the Keoladeo National Park; the hotel is 400m from the park gate and has an amazing garden, clean rooms, and warm staff. Worth the visit.

Stayed in a standard room instead of the deluxe room. Very bad reception staff. Guest not allowed to the room, food wasn't available, switched off AC in the morning from the main supply, was denied the breakfast as room service. Was troubled every time by receptionist through calls, very rude reception staff, no sense to talk, made a mistake by choosing such hotel, 2 butter toast costing more amount in 3-star hotel, which is highly overpriced. Please look into this matter.

Good for a day or two Reception guy isn't that great wouldn't pick your luggage types to the car or back. As a gesture could have cleaned the car since they make you Park it right outside as highway is dusty! Breakfast area is brilliant simple breakfast do nothing fancy but overall experience was good anyone coming to the bird sanctuary must stay here because of its proximity

Cheap manager. Really cheap behavior. Offered coffee while we waited for cab and charged for it. Charged extra to call cab. Only learned that once cab arrived.
