Not a good experience on my trip

Staffs are very rude and nothing was as shown in hotels pictures worms were rotating in the bathroom and room. It was very smelly room

Location is good Bathroom and toms all are very clean I liked this Hotel

Except for got room service everything for this hotel needs to be reviewed again.
Bathroom and toilet both were terribly dirty, in fact on my arrival room was cleaned on the spot and bathroom was washed just for the sake of formality. Bathroom had no facility for god smell and urinary smells of previous customer were clearly felt. Room service was good no doubt but there were so many noises that i could hardly sleep in night. Hotel needs to work hard on basics otherwise ratings will fall surely.

Location is awesome. Right on the highway and all the markets nearby. Staff sounded friendly. Room that I stayed in didn't have right ventilation.

Disliked the room because cleanliness and dirty bed sheet and smelly pillows.

I won't recommend this hotel at all. There were no basic amenities like fan was making a noise. AC remote was not working. Room lights were not working properly. Bed sheets were very dirty and smelly. The bathroom door handle was broken and toilet seat was dirty. No towel was there in the washroom and no water bottles provided. Even the receptionist asked me to pay for water without even knowing that he didn't provided any water bottles.
The room was terrific. Lights were not operational. The AC remote was not working. The bathroom was in very poor condition and washroom door handle was broken. It came to my hand when I tried to open it. Bed sheets was having very poor quality and dirty. Overall it was not worthy and felt like wasted my money.

Stay was nice and staff was good, all basic amenities were available.

Room was good. Location is convenient. Food quality was not good. Service was average.
No amenities in the room. Only one item was included in the breakfast.

Room service was awful. It took one hour for a cup of tea to arrive. Insufficient parking space. Taffic noise can be heard all the times. Location was convenient and easy find and reach. Cleanliness was good. Value for money room.

The booking was for super deluxe, the room offered was small deluxe room. The service was okay. The food is not too good. Other then that the bathrooms were a little less the average cleaned. The bed sheets were gross and were requested to be changed.

Very good facilities in this hotel. Cleaning rooms and bathrooms. Every service available immediately. No noising in the room and LCD available in the room for fun. One main important talk the room rent is average.

Hotel is nice good staff and excellent location I was on a business toor and hotel is situated in good location rooms are clean staff is coordinating food is good in all excellent experience I would like to visit again

The location of the hotel isn't exactly where the MMT map shows, I searched for a hotel nearby PGIMER, and this hotel is some 17 kms from the hospital where as the MMT map shows it as only 3 kms away. I got disappointed because I had to travel with a patient for one hour from hospital. Rest hotel is nice clean and service too is quite impressive.

Everything is good. Hotel location was awesome. All the staff members are very good. We feel comfortable in hotel. Room are very clean. I recommend all the people to book this hotel at least try once in a life.

Hotel Was Good Location Was awesome Very Easy To Locate With Google Maps Rooms Was Neat And Clean Real home away home like food Staff and atmosphere was very calm and good Only thing is LIFT was under instalation process.

The room was neat and clean including the Bathroom and toilet commode. The Bathroom was fitted with a working geyser for hot water supply. The bed was comfortable and clean. Food was also good and comparatively less expansive.

Location is very fine.. Rooms are awesome and fresh... Neat and clean bathroom... Service was too good.. Staff is cooperative.. Food quality lovely.. Full paisa vasool.. I think price of hotel is very reasonable.
