Hotel O Amer Inn

I reached hotel site as per address on booking. Staff didn't pick call.I waited for 4 hours in midnight until you provided me an alternative booking. Very pathetic service from you and OYO. After I told your service manager of legal action, then only he provided me alternative booking. I am not going for any further bookings from your company and prevent my dear ones to avoid taking your services. You charged me for 23 hours but provided only 6 hours of stay.I am considering a legal help on mental harassment I suffered, as I have kept all the records of all the evidences with me.

Hotel rating 0/10 when i reached *spot on 79780 amer inn, gwalior*, hotel refused to check in. Although, i had prepaid my booking. He was saying that the amount at which i booked is not sufficient for the hotel and he tell me to pay double the amount of booking if i want to check in, otherwise hotel will not give me your prebooked and prepaid room. I warned him that i will call customer care of mmt, he was saying don't call it will deteriorate hotel's rating. He said if i call you can't get any room even after paying double or triple amount. After this disgusting behaviour, i talked to mm t customer care, they give superb support and booked room at any nearby hotel instantly without any extra payment. 10/10 for customer support of mmt. Thanks mmt. No thanks

The location is outside the city, no hand sanitizer, shampoo, shop provided in room, room is too hot and no ventilation system availability, very humid and power outage problem is also there

Hygiene and safety, food were great

Unexpectedly very bad behaviour and charged double amount than mentioned. It was terrible. I was mentally harrasssed. The worst experience of my life. No water facility and location was terrible in a remote village area.
