Hotel Lila

The hotel has denied my booking stating mm t has no association with them and to my surprise even mm t executive confirmed the same i was stranded in the middle of street for 2 hours untill i could finally manage to get hold of an alternate place that too was not as per my my initial booking i will strongly recommend others to skip this hotel and also not reply on mm t support executive for prompt help

Online booking checking time is 12 pm check out time is 12 pm total 24 hours. I told to the manager that I am going and come back after 12 pm, the hotelier said you have come at 8:30 AM so you check out time is tomorrow 8:30 am, So I agree and book the hotel through online. At night MD came and said your checking time is 8:30 AM so you give me one-day extra charge because your timing is 12 PM to 12 PM. But as per the manager hotel charge is 24 hours for one day, as my check-in time at 8.30 am, so I will vacant the room morning before at 8:30 am. But MD is not agreed and miss behaved with me. The owner said that vacant my room now. So I change the room at night.

Room service is not good that's way I was to stay there I was leave my room I am very sad my money is expens there was very bad and dirty room .I didn't like this.

Very bad experience. Really. They gave us a room on 4th floor. Stairs were very High. It would very difficult for aged people to claimed up. Room was not clean. Service boy was good.

In the term of service is zero. And clearness not really satisfied me. But location of hotel prime. Easy to move here and there. Beds heed need to change by every checkout time. It's not hppand.

Nice standard and budget friendly! But if one books through MMT you get 12noon checkout! But the hotel has 24 hours checkout service which you wont get by online booking. Overall nice and friendly staff.
