Hotel Gayatri Palace

The stay was ok. Room was not clean enough as the curtains were full with dust. And can see webs at few places. The mattress was spring based. Not worthy for the price which i paid. But yes better option than other hotels in that area.

Pathetic service, had to request multiple times for water, towels dirty bedsheets, washbasin tap was not working

Hotel is not good. So many issues is there. Not clean. Very bad room service. Non cooperative staff.

We expect something better from make my trip but this property was not like that. Wasn't value for money. Wasn't very neat.

The host at the property were not accommodating or helpful. I had to reach out to make my trip customer case just to get my query resolved.

Except location every other thing is next to pathetic - no hygiene, poor service etc. I wouldn't recommend

Worst experience, blanket was full of oily spots and was smelling. No waiter service at all. Dog at parking was risky and has made to run my driver.

Probably the best value for money budget stay in the region. This is just next to the temple and has variety of rooms for different family sizes. There is a restaurant attached which serves decent vegetarian north indian food. It has a lift as well which connects the basement parking area as well, so elderly people don't have to climb the stairs

Very good ambience with cleanness. Mandir is only 5 minutes walk. Staff very cooperative. Good parking space with provision of dormitory for the driver on a very nominal charges. Supported by the restuarant with all types of food items. Hotel management on request also provides panda for devi darshan and puja. No compulsion for dakshina it is totally on you what you want to pay. On the whole stay was very pleasant and satisfying. Room was very neat and clean with good quality of bedsheets, pillow cover and the mattresses. Toilatories items was also of very good quality. Window ac and tv was available

Overall experience is very good. Location and facility is best. Hotel staffs are well mannered.

Best place to stay in vindyachal near to temple. Food quality need to improve. Good location parking is available local market is nearby

I booked a room for 3 family members and as mentioned in the hotel photo 3 beds were there in a room. But when i came here there was 2 bed only with 1 mattress. I asked receptionist for 3 beds in a room he denied and said hotel is fully booked. I informed him i have booked this hotel 1 week ago. But again got the same response from him which is unacceptable.

Horrible experience. Stay away well this place was the worst hotel he stayed at. Ever. Except the location of the place which is extremely close to the temple nothing was up to the mark. First off they made a big fuss about us checking in. We were a family of 4 with little kids and we already informed them about our arrival on the phone call where they assured us there would be no problems. First they said that our room was occupied until noon and that every other room in the place was booked or occupied so they couldn't help us. Let me tell you both these things were a big fat lie cu z as soon as i offered to pay extra a room was magically available. Later we found out the place was practically empty. We ordered tea to the room and it arrived after an hour. There are no ways to communicate with the reception from the room unless you physically visit the front desk. The room we received was also much smaller than what we had payed for. It had a stale smell about it which didn't leave untill we opened all doors and windows. The bathroom was small and the worst cu z the flush didn't work properly. There weren't even any towels and other toiletries provided like soap and stuff. Zero service, and trash hospitality. Finally if you ever decide booking this place for a stay that is longer than a day, don't bother to pay for ac becuz power cuts are very frequent and you won't be able to ever use it. Stay away from this place.

Facility wise it is average. Hotel staff behaviour is good & supportive but lacks professionalism. However hotel location is very good as it is very near to mama vindhavasini mandir.

Prime location for darshan of mata vindyashani temple near about 100 mtrs. Hotel is nice & well infrastructure. Only.
