I booked for 2 nights through MMT and paid the full amount to MMT. But, on contacting the Dayasagar hotel to confirm booking, they denied any tie-up with any agency, and refused allotment of a room. Afterwards MMT booked a room for me in another hotel. This creates a question mark on inefficient system as follows:. 1) Why did MMT not know that the hotel had already broken the tie up ?. 2) Why did MMT not know that they had cancelled my booking in that hotel, yet they a want a review?
