Destination: just behind the railway station. So, easily accessible. Property details- 1. Sofa covers - dirty 2. In washroom, commode seat wasn't properly fixed. Plus, no handwash. 3. Moreover, mild electric sensation while bathing form the hot geyser water. 4. Pillows - terrible. Literally everything instead of cotton and foam. 5. Catering services should be provided for early hours also. Say for example 6 a. M. (which weren't provided) overall, average experience. Won't recommend this to future visitors.

1- Non-cooperation of Hotel Classic, Shahjahanpur staff. 2- Un-trained staff doesn't know about application, they are unable to check booked status. 3- The room which was given to me that room has been already used by Hotel Classic, Shahjahanpur staff even his clothes kept in room almirah. 4- As per the message received, mineral water bottle included but the hotel charged a bottle price of @ 40. 5- No Covid protocol followed by the Hotel Classic, Shahjahanpur. Total experience was very bad.

It was a terrible experience. The Hotel is pathetic in each and every way. The service and facilities they provide is not even one-third of the money that I had to pay. The room was awful, the service is pathetic here.
