First time visited and very bad experience with the hotel in the allocated room we can't lock the door after complaint room has been changed but due to moisture on wall very bad smell in room also no security available at hotel gate

Hotel staff very rude, hotel not provide hotel gst invoice hotel staff said due to system error unable to print will provide on whatsapp and after so many times call invoice not received till now. Always receptionist said on call that i will confirm from senior then i will provide but no response from staff.

Maximum electrical panels are broken, only one socket is working in which tv plug in. There are a big hole in room wooden wall, which feel uncomfortable. Even washroom exhaust fan is not working. Thre are not a single glass available in room for drinking water. Room fan make some weird noise that disturb hole night. Pathetic experience

businessLocation: auto person took me to grand arc hotel because the name is just copied, property: totally cheated, it was deluxe room as per the booking, but they provided an ordinary and shabby room. It's just 4 walls with unwashed blankets. Complimentaey breakfast: horrible only parota with pickle available, omelette is in chargeable. I will never recommend this hotel

I hiving extended my stay and booked the hotel by paying the cost. Accordingly make my trip send me booking voucher. When i went to take charge. Hotel manager said room is not available. All rooms are sold. How it is possible. Make-my trip send me hotel booking voucher after payment for two days and hotel has not provided the booked room. In that night around 10. 00 pm i was standing outside hotel in a 10 degree temprature to get my room. Very bad experience with hotel managers and make my trip. Be careful while booking hotel the arc
