The receptionist was very ill mannered. Even don't know how to reply a guest. There is no place of such personality in hospitality or hotel industry. The bed was very uncomfortable even I couldn't sleep over night. There was heigene problem too. Over all ever borst hotel experience.

Hotel was not clean, the they were starting the generator after 30 mins of power cut. Poor backup of electricity. Service very very slow, they were taking 30 mins even to serve water. Worst stay .

Room no. 106 - the condition of the hotel room was very bad, the fan was not working properly, the cooler was just looking for a bed whose air was sitting directly on the head, there was not even a blanket and only a single sheet was there to wear it, over night mosquito in the room the wiring of light switch board was open, and here main current could be applied, there was no provision of hot water in the bathroom,

Their hotel areas were too dirty especially the washroom..when I booked the room that time clearly maintained it is with AC but after check in I'm surprised there was no AC. There was the name of the AC an too sounds making machine name of cooler.
