soloMaintaining below average cleanliness in room. I checked in at friday morning. Then went to work at 10 am. Re-tuned to hotel at evening 7. 00pm. During available time, they are not cleaned the room. Then, night stay was horrible like never before. Room full of pests(insects. It is coming even though room is completely closed. Very worst experience. Also, hotel location is very worst. You will not get any auto rickshaw or taxi to reach your work place.

The website describes the hotel to be in Dibrugarh but in fact, it is two hours away. The hotel is not much of a value for money. The breakfast was good but it served only a la carte.

businessI was stuck in bandh. And they treated us so well. Even we could not pay for the food bills as internet was down and ATM and cards were not working. But they told us to pay them when we reach our home. Simply marvellous management, staffs and service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of rooms in the Hotel in such a small Town. It seems to be the best Hotel in this area. Rooms are very clean, bathroom very clean. Room service also good. Staff was courteous and prompt. Very impressed.

All telephone on epbx of the hotel was ringing due to some technical problem of the internal telephone system. But the serious negligence of the hotel authority is that nobody from the hotel took any step to stop the noise in the night. Most of the guest couldn't sleep on that day.
