Hotel staff forces us to leave hotel infifteen mins without giving any prior intimation. Not a recommending hotel. We ask for cold water and they provide us normal water bottle and charges us for that water bottle

Sea view Rooms and Food quality are best part of this hotel. It is very near to Forest Museum, Phoenix Bay Jetty, Chatam Island. Sea view rooms provide a beautiful view of the Sea. They also provide Wi-fi in the hotel, which is very important for us in port blair.

Good experience. Good staff. Good food. Value for money. Happy with sea facing room. On the day of arrival we unable to have the breakfast, we had already on flight. So on the day of check out break been given as parasol as had the ship for Havelock

In case you wish to spoil your trip and want to pay for it then only you book this hotel. Never recommend to book this hotel. Stinking, horrible staff, and horrible breakfast. The staff speaks as if they have done favour by allowing us stay there.

Room is good and good location, but even if someone check-in in night they did not extend the check out time on next day. But all other hotels are liberal for the checkout time and gives extra 2 hours.

There is no cleanliness in room, no room service, at least no water, no internet, no cable connection for tv for 8 hours. Worst hotel. I do not recommend for this. Restaurant is very bad and too costly

Nice location. Food quality is also good. We got buffet only worth Rs 300/- per head and worth to have it. Service is average, not got the WiFi when I required it urgently. They have not arranged the pick and drop facility, as my flight was early in morning said one day before. Overall average

Location is good but cleanliness and service were horrible. We spent there two nights as it is located on sea shore, hence location is good but same time it is also far away from the market.

Stay experience during family trip

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. After first day stay, room was upgraded to cottage. So we were more than happy, a kid with us. For our early morning tours we got packed breakfast which was very helpful. Pantry is good. Staff are kind and helpful. Manager tackled well when a group of people were drinking and shouting at roof top. Would like to stay again here in next visit.
