Very nice and clean rooms. Owner and his family are very cooperative. Nice people. Location wise. Everything nearby. Main town, market, hotels and tourists spots. Excellent service. Best experience.

Very bad experience of one night in this hotel

There is absolutely no parking space for any cars in the accommodation campus. Any body choosing to stay in this hotel should be prepared to park their cars in open area alongside cows and bullocks outside the hotel area. Hot water was not available in the morning and nobody available to receive the request for hot water in bathroom. No support from the hotel staff ( nobody called staff could be seen nearby). Not even a tea was made available during any time of my unfortunate stay there

The location of homestay is quite inside from town although OK for night stay. For many of the travellers Thekkady is optional stay and they enjoy day time in park of kathakkali or art show hence recommended if you want realexd night.

The room was clean and the place were room was located was very peaceful and calm. The owner was a Very good person and helped us to get what ever we wanted. The room is very close to the periyar national park's entrance

The hosts were very cooperative and appreciably assisted in the local Tours. Mr Safi has a fairly good knowledge of surroundings and the logistics. Food can be arranged from third parties based on taste. A servant needs to be available for better needs. The place is easily accessible to market and transport.
